Not including: casket, urn, other merchandise not mentioned, or sales tax (70 percent of total funeral expenses are subject to six percent consumer sales tax.)

Memorial Service

Service of funeral director, transfer of remains, to funeral home or final resting place, casketing, funeral service, graveside service, or memorial service, (within 35 miles) use of auto equipment for committal or other disposition. Not including: casket, urn, other merchandise not mentioned, or sales tax (70 percent of total funeral expenses are subject to six percent consumer sales tax.)

Other costs that might be incurred.

• Mileage charge is $2 per mile over 35 miles.
