Biography

Kenneth L. Bailey, 49, of St. Marys, WV, died, January 24, 2010, at the Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg, WV. He was born, February 29, 1960, in Weirton, WV, a son of Ruth West Bailey of Marietta, OH and the late Austin Lloyd Bailey. He was a 1979 graduate of St. Marys High School, and was employed by Yoak Ford in St. Marys, WV.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Kenneth M. Bailey of St. Marys, two grandchildren, Felisha Bailey and Cayden Bailey both of St. Marys, WV, his companion, Donna Kelley of St. Marys, WV, ten brothers and sisters, Mike Bailey of Collier, WV, Jennifer Davis of New Cumberland, WV, Larry Bailey and David Bailey both of Wellsburg, WV, Debra Rutherford of Newport, OH, Randy Bailey of Belmont, WV, Cassie Bailey of New Cumberland, WV, Steve Bailey of St. Marys, WV, Laura Barnhart of St. Marys, WV, and Barbara Bailey of Belmont, WV, several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert West.

Services will be held Thursday, January 28, 2010, at 11 A. M. at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV with Pastor Chuck Rogers officiating. It was the wishes of Kenneth to be cremated. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P. M. Wednesday, and from 10 to 11 A. M. Thursday at the funeral home.
