David Lee Knight, 62, of St. Marys, WV, died, July 1, 2010 at his residence. He was born, April 20, 1948, in Pleasants County, WV, a son of the late Jack Harold Knight, Sr. and Helen Louise Myers Knight. He was a member of Laborers Union 1085 of Parkersburg, WV. He was a construction worker. His hobbies included hunting and fishing.He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sharon Childers Knight, five children,Tammy Sue Powell, and Ronnie Lee Knight both of St. Marys, WV, Kimberly Dawn Knight of Ritchie County, WV, Robbie Dwayne Knight of St. Marys, WV, and Kelly Marie Brown of Belmont, WV, seven grandchildren, two brothers, Rex Knight and Ken Knight and one sister, Cory Shepp, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Lee Knight, three brothers, Don Knight, Dan knight, and Rod Knight. Services will be held Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 1 P. M. at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV, with Pastor John Strimer officiating. Interment will be in the St. Marys IOOF Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 P. M.
