Biography
Glenn Malone, 75, husband of Martha Bills Malone, died Thursday, April 12, 2012 at his residence. He was born on June 5, 1936 in Pleasants County, WV, a son of the late Todd G. and Grethel Beaver Malone. He was retired from the Iron Workers Local # 787. Glenn’s hobbies included his bulldozer and farming. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors other than his wife include one son, Brian G. (Amy) Malone; three daughters, Vicki Aleyanis, FL; Glenda (Ken) Weaver, NY, and Brenda (Fred) Malone-Pence, Parkersburg, WV; three step-children, Jamie Shingleton, St. Marys, April (Jeremy) Binegar, Newport, OH, and Jimmy Morrell, St. Marys, WV; 19 grandchildren, Nichole Aleyanis, Todd Malone, Koen Weaver, Emily Weaver, Samm Malone, Sarrah Malone, Nathaniel Malone, Kaitlin Malone, Freddy Pence, Ben Pence, Hannah Pence, Lauren Pence, Michael Pence, Bryce Shingleton, Luke Shingleton, Alexis Scadden, Evan Binegar, Amber Bills, and Waylon Bills; nine great-grandchildren, Richard Pence Jr., Aubrey Pence, and seven others; two brothers, Denzil Malone, St. Marys, and Guy (Lynn) Malone; and one sister, Martha Hart, Marietta, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, Van Ivan Malone, one sister, Carol McBrayer, and one nephew, Jerry Malone.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Ingram Funeral Home with Pastor John Barker officiating. Interment will be in the Malone Family Cemetery. Friends may call from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
